Shipping Locations

Skin Clinic Labs currently ships only within the United States.

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • International destinations

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside eligible U.S. states will be cancelled and refunded.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Total estimated delivery time:
4–9 business days (1–2 business days processing + 3–7 business days shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external factors.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer:

Free Standard Shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.

  • No minimum purchase is required.

  • Shipping fees will not be charged at checkout for eligible U.S. addresses.


5. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • FedEx

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Carrier selection depends on service availability, package type, and delivery destination.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You may track your package directly on the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking number.


7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products classified as Hazardous Materials (such as alcohol-based or aerosol products) must be shipped via ground transportation only in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.

For these items:

  • Expedited shipping is not available

  • Only Standard Ground Shipping will be offered at checkout


8. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once tracking information has been provided, customers may contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.
